Mulligan’s Pub and Restaurant was opened in the 1987 by first-generation Irishman Tony Lyons. Tony missed the ambiance and social atmosphere of his favorite Dublin pubs, McDaid’s and The Old Shelling. Not just for the Irish and Scottish families of middle Tennessee, Tony wanted local residents and visiting tourists to experience and appreciate the food, drink, music and hospitality that he associated with Ireland and Scotland.

Located in downtown Nashville, Mulligan’s offers a full service bar, kitchen and live Irish music. Mulligan’s was instrumental in helping imported draught beers become legal in the state of Tennessee and its walls sport a plaque from the Guinness Brewery in Dublin that commemorates the first pint of draught Guiness poured at Mulligan’s. This St. Patrick’s Day, enjoy the music of Def Leprechaun from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Joe Byrne and Trooperstown from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m.

Order the authentic Irish dish of Bangers and Mash (Irish sausage and mashed potatoes served with mixed veggies and dark rye) for $10.95 or the Corned Beef and Colcannon for $12.25.
